TwispWorks Supports Methow Valley Businesses and You Can Too!

TwispWorks is a six-acre, arts-focused business incubator in the Methow Valley working to enhance the economic vitality of the region. JA founders Ray and Mary Johnston have invested their personal and professional energy in the success of TwispWorks, helping make this community dream become a reality over the last 12 years.

Recently TwispWorks offered emergency grants to small businesses in the area that were severely impacted by the COVID pandemic. This funding allowed businesses like JA-client Old Schoolhouse Brewery stay in business and keep employees on payroll as they pivoted to run their business amidst a pandemic.

You can learn more about how these grants supported businesses at TwispWorks by watching this video.

Furthermore, the Methow Investment Network and Methow Made help small organizations like Molly’s Soap, eqpd, Methow Valley Jewelry Collective, and Motive Yoga Co. connect with investors, marketing support, and mentorship to help grow their businesses.

TwispWorks and the Methow Investment Network are looking for additional support to help these businesses thrive. To learn more about TwispWorks - and find out how you can shop online and donate to support businesses in the Methow Valley - please check out their websites and fantastic video.
