Lu Zhang is Promoted to Associate

SEATTLE WA – Johnston Architects has promoted Lu Zhang to Associate.

Lu Zhang received her BA in Environmental Design from the Hubei Institute of Fine Arts in the Hubei province of China and a Master of Community Planning from Cincinnati University’s Design, Architecture, Art and Planning (DAAP) program. Zhang joined JA in 2015, where her urban design and planning expertise accelerated the firm’s feasibility study capabilities, exploring sites for multi-family developments across Seattle. She is lead designer on a 95-unit mixed-use project currently under construction in Lower Queen Anne and a 165-unit mixed-use project currently in design in Mercer Island.
