JA served as the design review lead for this mixed-use development that includes two large multi-family buildings, a hotel, and an office building. Sited over a large podium garage, the development includes internal streets, retail spaces, and a tailored interface with the Luke McRedmond Park, which sits along the Sammamish River.

Responsible for shepherding this complex project through design review, JA designed the two residential buildings and collaborated with three other architecture firms to produce a unique and cohesive community that complements the surrounding neighborhood. The development was designed to repurpose an under-utilized property wedged between a group of townhomes, Luke McRedmond Landing, and Redmond Way. River Park knits together disparate parts of Redmond into a more cohesive whole.
