The Pass Life, a new development at Snoqualmie Pass, is a 5.3 acre property built to provide thoughtful mountain design at a mid-range price. Located within walking distance to the slopes and commercial amenities, the multi-phase mixed-use project will include over 100 residential units, restaurants, a brewery and ski and snowboard museum. Units range from 850-1400 sf, comprised of two, three and four bedroom lofts. The lofts are configured to take full advantage of dramatic mountain views while promoting a sense of community.
