Natalie Lopez

As JA’s Human Resources Manager, Natalie is helps keep our team engaged and our hybrid workplace humming (as well as keeping our canine employees satisfied with dog biscuits and scratches behind the ears). Natalie is especially passionate about helping people and problem-solving, and she credits her Midwestern upbringing in Wisconsin for her approachability. These interests led her to pursue a BS in Human Resources from Western Governors University, and she applies her education and natural abilities to piecing together the “puzzles” that keep her busy every day at JA.

Outside of work, Natalie loves taking road trips, camping, sewing, trying new recipes, and baking. She also fills her off hours playing board games and expanding on her sentimental mug collection, which features our National Parks. Her home is filled with furry friends: she and her partner Derek have adopted two cats, Helix and Little Kit, and one rescue dog, Theo (affectionately nicknamed “Dingo”).
