Judges for the 2017 Gold Nugget Awards have named Johnston Architects as an Award of Merit winner in its annual competition, which honors architectural design and planning excellence and draws entries from throughout the United States and internationally. Johnston Architects earned its Merit honors for Rally, which was honored for Best Multifamily Housing Community – 30/60 du/acre.

Chosen from the elite pool of Merit Award winners, Grand Awards will be announced on June 29 as a feature highlight of PCBC®, the nation’s largest regional conference and trade show for the real estate development field. Call 800-658-2751 or 909-987-2758 for more information.

Rally brings true live/work character to West Seattle, using a historic model of living above the shop.  Commercial entries and storefronts line California Avenue while residential entries are accessed from a friendly and well-proportioned courtyard. With a mixture of rich materials, Rally has the character of a small village
